Who is responsible for your data

Da Rec Studio. Legal name, address and contact details of the data controller: pending confirmation.

What data we collect

• Assessment: your answers about your business. We don’t ask for your name to complete it.
• Signing up: name, business, email and WhatsApp.
• If you request an invoice in your name: RFC (Mexican tax ID), name or legal business name, tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use.
• When we work with you: your brand information, logos, photos and videos you share with us, and the statistics of the accounts you authorize us to access.

Your card details are received by Mercado Pago; we don’t see or store them. We will never ask you for your social media passwords.

What we use it for

Necessary to provide the service: preparing your proposal, charging, invoicing, producing and publishing your content, and communicating with you about it.

From your assessment answers we also get a sense of how you like to work (for example, whether you prefer to see options or check every detail) to adapt our deliveries. It is for internal use only, never changes a price, and you can ask to see or correct it through your ARCO rights.

Optional: sending you ideas and news from Da Rec Studio, only if you accept. Saying no does not affect your contract.

Your business’s private information is not used for other clients’ work. Showing your case in our portfolio requires your authorization.

Who it is shared with

• Anthropic, provider of the artificial intelligence model that analyzes your assessment answers and helps us produce.
• Mercado Pago, to process payments.
• Hostinger, which hosts the site and the information.
• Electronic invoicing provider: pending confirmation.

Some of these providers process information outside Mexico. The terms of each transfer are under legal review.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of, cancellation of or opposition to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent. Send your request with this form: we give you a reference number right away and contact you by email to verify your identity before handing over or deleting information. We will never ask you for passwords.

Response times: pending confirmation in the legal review. Some data (payment and contract records) is kept blocked for as long as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Assessments that don’t lead to a contract are deleted after 90 days. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterward for as long as tax and legal obligations require; the exact periods are under review.
